Hello! My name is Alison. I am a registered social worker (with the Alberta College of Social Work), with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Lethbridge. I am an experienced therapist, with over 20 years of clinical experience providing mental health services to adults, adolescents, and families with complex mental health needs.

Individual therapy is a personalized space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal challenges.
I provide both individual and family therapy for teens.
Therapy for parents can address a variety of concerns and challenges related to parenting, family dynamics, and individual well-being.
I offer family therapy to support families in understanding each other better, resolving conflicts, improving communication, and creating a healthier family system.
I help individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. However, my expertise extends to working with complex mental health issues, with a particular focus on anxiety, depression, and includes specialized counselling for adolescents, parenting, and family therapy.
