Availability

Appointments are available during daytime and evening hours. I offer both in-person sessions in Cochrane and secure video counselling for clients across Alberta.

If you don’t see a time that works for you on the online booking page, feel free to reach out—I can often be flexible with scheduling.

What to Expect

After you book your appointment, I’ll send you a short online intake form by email. It’s quick to fill out and just helps me get a better sense of what’s bringing you in and how I can best support you. Filling it out before we meet makes our first session smoother and more focused on what matters most to you.
